All services are provided remotely and are offered by request only.

2. Appointments & Consultations

Optional 10–15 minute consultations are available by appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Missed appointments may not be refunded.

3. Payments

Payment is required prior to the delivery of services or shipment of products unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, completed services are non-refundable. Refunds for physical products, including school supply kits, are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
